This month at Florida Foodies Restaurant and Travel Magazine, they're featuring pumpkin recipes, and I was asked to share my recipe for Pumpkin Buttermilk Waffles! That's awesome that you are interning in UTAH! Can't wait to see what you blog about while you are there.
I wish I was adventurous enough to try to create dishes of my own. I generally don't stray to far from the recipe.
I guess you're in heaven with all these delish pumpkin recipes popping up all over the place! I'm with on the marshmallows LOVE them, BUT only when they've been warmed and are gooey. Could be because I've not had or made a homemade one. Maybe one day....
