How to Build a Better (Turkey) Burger

Personally, I'm a big fan of the turkey burger. Kyle and I don't eat much beef (we do eat it, on occasion, but we tend to eat a lot more seafood and poultry), plus turkey burgers tend to be much lower in fat and calories than their beef counterparts. The problem that turkey burgers sometimes run into is that they can be a little dry, and occasionally bland.

Sunday was Kyle's birthday, and after spending Saturday evening out with friends and Sunday afternoon with family, we were ready for a quiet, relaxing Sunday evening together. Since Sunday's grocery store day, we decided to just pick something up to make a quick, easy dinner- and homemade pizza seemed like just the ticket!Kyle and I had planned a picnic this weekend.
